Start with the business
The website begins with your customers, your work, and what you need it to make easier.
Websites for local businesses · Starting at $900
You shouldn’t have to know how many pages you need or what the design should look like. Tell me about your business and what you wish your website did better. I’ll recommend a direction and turn it into a clear, fast website.
You’ll be part of the process, but you won’t be left making every decision yourself.
The job of the website
Not every business needs the same thing from its website. Maybe most of your work comes from referrals, but people look you up before they call. Maybe you need to explain your services more clearly or get a few useful details before someone asks for an estimate. We’ll figure out the job of the website first. The pages and features come after that.
A guided process
You know what customers ask, what they care about, and why they choose you. I’ll use that knowledge to shape the website, then show you something concrete to respond to. You can say what feels right, what doesn’t, and what I may have missed.
The website begins with your customers, your work, and what you need it to make easier.
You won’t be handed a blank page and asked to decide every detail. I’ll recommend a direction and explain why.
You’ll see concrete work as the site takes shape, which makes useful feedback much easier.
Your knowledge shapes the website. The writing, design, technical work, and testing are handled for you.
A focused first website
Starting at$900
The starting price fits a straightforward website for one local business. It may be the right scope when the job is to explain what you do, build trust, show some of your work, and give people an easy way to contact you.
Some websites need several pages, a large gallery, booking or payment tools, extensive content, or a more involved migration. I’ll recommend the smallest useful scope and give you a clear quote before work begins.
Performance guarantee
Every website I build is guaranteed to score 90 or higher for Performance in Google PageSpeed Insights on both mobile and desktop at launch. If an agreed page doesn’t hit that mark, I’ll keep working on it at no additional charge until it does.
The guarantee applies to the website as delivered. Later edits or added third-party scripts can change the score.
How it works
The process is built around a few useful conversations and concrete work you can respond to.
We’ll talk about your customers, services, reputation, existing materials, and what you wish the website did better.
I’ll recommend the content, structure, visual direction, scope, and price before the build begins.
You’ll respond to a visual direction or working site instead of a long list of abstract design questions.
Your feedback guides the refinements. I’ll take care of the writing, design, performance work, and testing.
The finished site is checked across devices, launched, and verified for the promised performance.
Clear from the start
You’ll know what the project costs before work begins, and any ongoing costs will be explained clearly. If something falls outside what we agreed on, we’ll talk about it before I do billable work.
Ongoing care and small content changes can be arranged. It isn’t a hidden requirement for working together.
Who you’ll work with
I’m Anthony Elliott. My work spans website development, Google Ads, and analytics, so I think about more than how a page looks. I listen closely, explain what I recommend, and build around what customers actually need from the business.
Questions
It covers a focused website for one local business with a straightforward goal and scope. We’ll agree on exactly what your project includes and what it costs before work begins.
The agreed core pages are tested on the live website with Google PageSpeed Insights. If a page doesn’t score 90 or higher for Performance on both mobile and desktop at launch, I’ll keep working on it at no additional charge until it does.
You’ll spend some time explaining the business, sharing the materials you already have, and responding to work as it takes shape. You won’t be expected to manage the build or make every website decision.
That’s normal. You don’t need to arrive with a design. I’ll recommend a visual direction based on the business and give you something concrete to respond to.
Yes. Existing logos, wording, photographs, reviews, and other useful material can all be considered. We’ll decide what should stay, what needs work, and what’s missing.
Usually. Booking tools, payments, customer-management software, and more involved forms may increase the scope. I’ll explain that before including them in the project.
We can talk about whether it makes sense to improve what you have or replace it. If you’re not ready for that conversation, the $49 Website & Google Checkup is a smaller place to start.

Start a conversation
Tell me a little about your business and what you’d like to change. You don’t need to know the solution yet. That’s what the first conversation is for.
I’ll read through what you sent and reply personally. If I need anything else before suggesting a next step, I’ll ask.
